Leadership

Pilgrims embraces the Anabaptist concept of the priesthood of all believers, and is committed to a congregation-led leadership model. A four-person Leadership Team helps us hold to our vision and provides continuity to congregational life.  We currently have a paid half-time pastor, who is one of the four Leadership Team members:
